'Apex in the Community' firmly believe in mentoring and coaching and using these approaches in planning for the future which we feel can start at any age.

Our principles and approach are entwined in the well-being of each of our students and although academic excellence is high on our list of priorities we also recognise that other vocational and practical solutions may be more appealing.

We help each of our students set and achieve realistic and driven objectives at each stage so that they have the best possible chance of achieving success.

Our dedicated and specialised mentoring and coaching programme will make a significant difference to student’s opportunities and support. We know that our students will be dynamic, focused and keen to take up these opportunities

Our service includes:

• Teach how to speak up and be heard
• Improves interpersonal relationship skills
• An opportunity to build self confidence and develop life skills
• One on one and mixed group sessions with trained professionals from various fields
• Careers day and training workshops. Students will gain an invaluable insight into a wide range of areas/specialist fields.
• Specialist careers advice from trained professionals, help with CV’s, job applications, develop interview techniques, etc
• Developing a supportive relationship
